Bob, from the start, took control of the situation and within an hour, I had a claim number, an insurance adjusters name, and time that they would come by to verify the claim. Once the insurance adjuster approved the work to be done, things really started to move. The next person that was sent to my home was June. June was very knowledgeable and helpful.
